AIM brings its Global Negotiations Project to Cebu City
The AIM Negotiations Faculty and Innovation Team is bringing its Global Negotiation and Conflict Management Course to Cebu City. The program have been held in Mexico City, Monterey, Jakarta, Shanghai, Hongkong, Malaysia, and Singapore. Holding the Global Negotiations and Conflict Management Course in Cebu will make it more accessible to the busy corporate, government, and non-government executives who want to build and enhance their personal negotiation effectiveness.
This 5-day course, which will be held on October 19-23, 2015, will help build the skills needed to create VALUE for yourself as well as in others by addressing different negotiation situations and the ways to approach each. In active and engaging sessions through exercises and discussions, you will learn how to manage the flow of conversations in reaching a desired outcome. Increase productivity of your organization by drawing on the latest research and experience in the psychology of judgment. Learn how to combine time-tested and new theories of negotiation and decision-making, and broaden your repertoire to address different contexts and to effectively handle difficult people with tact and tactics.
Target participants are lawyers and non-lawyers alike; those involved in management change programs, in marketing and sales, human resource, strategic planning and CSR, entrepreneurs, and those dealing in the government, private companies, schools and universities.
Classes will be held Monday to Friday from 8:30 – 5:30 pm, at Harolds Hotel, Cebu City.
