AIM holds training for Indonesia’s Bakrie Group
14 senior executives from the Bakrie Group of Companies joined a six-day training program conducted by the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) last April 16-21 at the Aston Bogor Hotel, Indonesia.
The training program entitled, Bakrie Executive Development Program II, seeks to enable Bakrie’s senior executives to lead their organization to new levels of relevance and growth. This intensive program includes subjects on external/ internal analysis; building an innovation culture; transformational leadership; and mergers & acquisitions. Faculty experts from AIM flew to Indonesia to complete the group of resource persons for this course. They are AIM Dean Dr. Ricardo Lim, Dr. Dynah Basuil, Prof. Nieves Confesor and Dr. Federico Macaranas.
The Bakrie Group and AIM are also working on a training program called Bakrie General Management Development Program batch 2 to be conducted in Indonesia on May 27-June 21 this year.
